<p>Jason Wu -  Who can forget the stunning ivory chiffon, one-shoulder inaugural gown he designed for First Lady Michelle Obama?  Twenty-seven year old Wu was born in Taipei, Taiwan.  He honed his sewing skills by sewing clothes for dolls he designed.  He made doll clothing under &#8220;Jason Wu&#8221; dolls and spent his senior year of high school in Paris.  Look for his designs at <a href="http://www.neimanmarcus.com">Neiman Marcus</a>.</p>

<p>Doo-Ri &#8211; Born in 1973, designer Doo-Ri (known for her jersey dresses and unique draping) will be releasing a lower-priced line.  Her new line of  lower-priced dresses will be priced from $170 to $200, outerwear from $200 to $325 and tops from $80 to $119.  Her current Doo-Ri line can be found at <a href="http://www.bergdorfgoodman.com/store/catalog/templates/EntryP.jhtml?itemId=cat246406&amp;parentId=cat30005&amp;masterId=cat000008&amp;navAction=index">Bergdorf Goodman</a>.</p>

<p>Thakoon Panichgul &#8211; Thirty-five year old Thakoon presented his Graphic Black and Nude dress and Crop Jacket for Spring 2010.  He designed Michelle Obama&#8217;s rose print dress worn at the Democratic National Convention in August of 2008.  Born in Thailand, he moved to the United States when he was 11 years old.  In 2008, he featured a limited-edition clothing line for <a href="http://www.target.com/">Target</a>.</p>
